Rob began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Basil H. Lorch, III, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and then practiced law at a large regional law firm for twelve years.

Rob holds a B.A. in Economics, English, and Philosophy from Bellarmine University, a M.A. in the History and Theory of International Law from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington. Rob is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky.
