Scott advises entrepreneurs, closely-held companies, public agencies, individuals, and large organizations on a wide variety of corporate and business transactional matters. As outside general counsel to many of his clients, he routinely provides advice related to mergers and acquisitions, business formation and joint ventures, and commercial contracts across a number of industries. Scott received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 2001 and a J.D. from the University of Houston in 2004, and he is admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
