Nathan Bearden

Nathan joined VCT as an associate attorney in October 2025, after serving as in-house legal counsel with a Louisville, Kentucky based hospital system and as a tax associate and state and local tax intern at a large independent accounting firm. Nathan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and finance transactions as well as general corporate and business transactional matters. Nathan earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accountancy from the University of Louisville and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
