Wm. Robert Meyer


Rob Meyer’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential foreclosures, workouts, judgment enforcement, collections, and bankruptcy matters. Rob represents national and regional lenders and loan servicers in the federal bankruptcy courts and state courts of Indiana and Kentucky, and lenders, landlords, and equity investors in commercial real estate acquisition, leasing, and financing matters.

Rob began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Basil H. Lorch, III, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and then practiced law at a large regional law firm for twelve years.

Rob holds a B.A. in Economics, English, and Philosophy from Bellarmine University, a M.A. in the History and Theory of International Law from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington. Rob is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky.
