Dan’s corporate experience involves mergers, acquisitions, entity formations, tax and succession planning, and serving as outside general counsel to clients on day-to-day issues that may arise with business planning, litigation, contracts, and employment matters. With respect to commercial real estate, Dan has a robust practice representing property owners, developers, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial finance. Dan is a certified public accountant and previously practiced with a “Big Four” accounting firm in Louisville. Dan graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
