Dan joined VCT after practicing with another Louisville firm for 22 years. He has a broad transactional practice representing companies of all sizes, with a particular focus on corporate law and commercial real estate. Dan’s corporate experience involves mergers, acquisitions, entity formations, tax and succession planning, and serving as outside general counsel to clients on day-to-day issues that may arise with business planning, litigation, contracts, and employment matters. With respect to commercial real estate, Dan has a robust practice representing property owners, developers, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial finance. Dan is a certified public accountant and previously practiced with a “Big Four” accounting firm in Louisville. Dan graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
